 Beer School



Beer School will teach you how to judge beer, how to pair beer, how to brew beer and all about the business of beer. Beer School will be held on Friday February 13 (6-8 pm) and Saturday February 14. (11:30 am-3:30 pm).

Friday Evening
- Learn how expert beer judges judge beer
- Get coaching on how to find and name flavors in beer
- Practice judging beer and compare your results with the experts
- Learn how to match beer styles with glassware
- Make great pizzas and homemade cheeses

Saturday
- Learn how to brew beer from a locally famous brewer
- Learn about the "business of beer" from a special guest beer-apreneur including how beer is priced, distributed, and how to score great limited release beers
- Learn how to pair beers with meats, cheeses, and chocolates
 

 
Bacon & Craft Beers Cooking Class

Bacon makes everything better! Learn how to cure pork belly into artisan bacon or make food gifts from home cured pork belly. Then pair bacon-centric foods with craft beers. Tap and Table has sourced local, antibiotic free, humanly raised pork belly and fresh, unique American hand crafted, craft beers.

Pizza Making Class


 
Learn to make artisan pizzas topped with fresh-pulled, buttery mozzarella, creamy, homemade ricotta, bright tomato sauce and light, chewy dough. Pair your pizza with craft beers that vary by topping. Learn tips and tricks to growing fresh herbs for toppings.
 
This is a 100% hands on cooking class. Plan for 2-3 hours and safe transportation.

Snack on cheese fondue while learning how to turn top quality dairy into cheese. Includes all instruction, ingredients and recipes.

 Father's Day Beer and Cigar Pairing

Pair Beer, Cigars, Cheese, Grilled Meats and Chocolate



Kick class off with a hands on lesson to turn your grill into a smoker with tea smoked salmon. Then, taste big beers paired with big cheeses, next enjoy your smoked salmon and grilled sausages, with another beer and a cigar, finish with locally made chocolates paired with another beer and a cigar. Please allow for 2-3 hours and arrange for safe transportation. This class is available at our location for $65 per person or at your home for a $500 minimum. If the date listed above doesn't work, email us and request a private date.

Canning Party - 
Learn to can, jam, pickle and preserve 

We'll work with seasonal, organic produce hand selected by our farmers. Selections vary by season and include at least four items; miso carrots, lemon or orange curd, fresh pesto, dill or sweet pickles, preserved figs or peaches, tomato sauce, seasonal jelly or crispy pickled snap peas or peppers.

Class is 100% hands on. Leave with a jar of everything we make and munch on artisan pizzas while you work.

This class is available at our location for $85 per person or $500 minimum private booking. Please allow for 2-3 hours. If the date listed on our calendar above doesn't work, email us and request that we add another date.

Tamale Class



Learn to stuff masa with robust, antibiotic free, free range meats in traditional Mexican spices. Make banana leaf and corn husk tamales. Leave with four tamales of each flavor. Taste each type in class and enjoy paired auga fresca cocktails.
